"I had made a large order at this location and out of everything that was ordered there was one sandwich that was incorrect. I spoke with a manager named Chloe and was more than impressed with her attention to detail and customer service. She was very apologetic even though that was unnecessary. She had very outstanding manners and to me that goes a long way. From now on for me and my family we will be going to Burger King instead of McDonald's. The food comes out faster and is better than the McDonald's around the corner from there. Thank you Chloe for making our lunch yesterday so pleasant."

"I went inside to order. Waited on chicken sandwiches and the server said it was because she was making fresh chicken. Needless to say another server brought some older pieces of chicken to make my sandwiches AFTER I waited on fresh ones. Alittle disappointed because they were not hot at all."

The kitchen staff was more focused on talking, laughing, and joking with each other than actually preparing food. One gentleman in the back took eight minutes just to make one sandwich while casually chatting, completely ignoring the urgency of the orders piling up. Meanwhile, management walked past this behavior multiple times and did nothing—allowing it to continue while seven other orders sat, ready to go. What stood out to me the most, however, was the exceptional professionalism of Shawna, a team member who noticed my frustration. She got up from the dining area, went behind the counter, and personally prepared my food. She even offered me an ice cream for the inconvenience. That kind of initiative and customer care deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Shawna, for turning a bad experience into a reminder that some people still take pride in their work."

The women that was working was getting the cars gone fast and I didn't see anyone going back because something was wrong or missing. We like this fast food restaurant"
